Our story
From Thai TV news anchor to his mother's Korat kitchen
Owner Nicky Kerdmongkol spent years reporting the news on Thailand's Channel 7. In 2019 he opened Thai Spoon to cook the food he grew up with in Korat, the gateway to Isaan: bold, earthy and unapologetic about flavor.
