Free-delivery amounts are your order total before tax. We deliver 7 days a week. Distances are measured in a straight line from the restaurant at Durango & Centennial Pkwy. Near a zone edge? Find the closest intersection on the map — or call 702-430-2221 (press 1 for catering) and we'll tell you.
Good to know
- Dietary & allergies: We can make most trays vegan or gluten-free on request, and prepare dishes without peanuts or cashews — please note any of these in writing on your order. Please note: our kitchen processes peanuts and tree nuts, so we cannot guarantee any dish is free of nut traces.
- Notice: Please allow at least 48 hours' notice, so we can have everything on hand to prepare your order fresh. Need it sooner? Call us at 702-430-2221 (press 1 for catering) — orders for up to about 20 guests can usually be arranged on short notice.
- Reply & quote: We aim to reply the same day to confirm availability and your final price. Need a written quote first? We'll enter your order and text you a photo of the itemized receipt showing the balance due.
- Payment: A 50% deposit confirms your order, and the balance is due before the day of your event — catering is provided once it is paid in full. Many customers simply pay in full up front. Pay by credit card over the phone, or with cash dropped off at the restaurant; we are unable to accept checks.
- Refund: Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled service for a 100% refund — no questions asked.
- Receipt: Your itemized receipt comes taped to your order, and we'll also text you a photo of it — easy to forward for expense reports or your records. (Heat from the trays can darken the paper copy, so the photo is the one to keep.)
- Servings: A large tray provides up to 20 servings; a medium tray, up to 10.
- Delivery: Pickup, or delivery within 12 miles — including Centennial Hills, Skye Canyon, Providence, Lone Mountain, Tule Springs, Summerlin, Downtown Summerlin, North Las Vegas and Aliante. We deliver 7 days a week, Sundays included. Delivery is $10, free when your order (before tax) is over $200 within 4 miles, over $250 from 4 to 8 miles, and over $350 from 8 to 12 miles (see the delivery zone map). Beyond 12 miles, pickup only — we keep deliveries within this range so your food arrives hot.
- Drop-off: Food arrives hot in disposable foil trays, ready to serve. Entrée trays come with steamed rice. Catering is drop-off service: we do not stay to serve or clean up, and nothing needs to be returned to the restaurant.
- Arrival: For delivery, we aim to arrive 15–30 minutes before your serving time; traffic can affect delivery times. Please have someone meet us at the front door to show us where you'd like the food set out. Tables are your responsibility.
- Alcohol: Because of our liquor license, beer and wine are served only in the restaurant — we can't include alcohol with catering or delivery.
- Plates & spoons: Disposable plates, utensils and serving spoons are included free of charge — just request them on your order.
- Labels: Every tray is labeled with its contents.
- Warmers: Warmers and chafing dishes are not included. If your event runs for several hours, plan to bring your own — inexpensive disposable chafing kits are easy to find online or at party-supply stores.
- Tax: Nevada sales tax applies. Tax-exempt organizations: present your exemption certificate and we will gladly honor it.
- Prices: All prices are subject to change prior to ordering.
