All items will be provided in trays serving a variable number of persons. Medium Trays generally serve up to 10 persons, while Large Trays server up to 20 persons. There could be left-overs or, if people eat large portions, you might run out. Keep this in mind when you are ordering.

Plastic spoons/forks can be provided, as well as paper plates. Please request these above if needed.
